Multimedia Team

As we journey toward the place God has for us, many new opportunities will become available.  Some of the key ones are in the Multi-Media Team.  The modern worship service requires a sound system, projected images, and the ability to mix audio and visual elements in a tasteful way to support the action on the stage.  Whether it is a classic-style service with choir and piano, a contemporary service of new worship favorites, or any form of drama or concert, the Multi-Media Team gets involved.  We use sound and light to focus and accent on-stage events from a single person speaking, to an entire band, to a full Christmas musical.  Sound like fun?  It really is, but like anything, it requires passion, commitment, and time for rehearsals to get things right.  There are opportunities to run the sound board, lights, projector, and arrange backgrounds.  If you even think you’d be interested, stop by the sound booth and talk to Steve Lind, Ed Meyer, Dewey Garwood, Kerry Trembath, or John Maher.  And don’t think you can’t because you don’t know how . . . we’ll show you.
