If you are exploring what it means to make a faith commitment to Jesus Christ, or if you are already a Christ-follower and want to make a commitment to belong to this body of believers, come to The Way, a seminar led by Pastor Mike. This class will explore the meaning and implications of faith and life in the body of Christ and will give you the opportunity to consider making a membership commitment to this fellowship.
Committing to the call of a lifetime
People of The Way are called by Jesus Christ into a new and everlasting way of life and blessing. The Way is an ongoing journey of discipleship as an active member of God’s forever family.
The Way begins with the call of God
“God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:9 NRSV
The call of God in Christ is an everlasting call
- rooted in God’s eternal plan,
- extends to us personally through the gospel,
- brings the gift of salvation,
- encompasses a new way of living here on earth, and
- ultimately leads to the glory of heaven.
The Way is shaped by a continuous commitment to Jesus Christ, and to his church. Your call forms the basis for your life on earth as a Christ-follower and member of the Kingdom and you serve at the pleasure of the King.
